The EAL offers self-operation service for the majority of its instruments and sample drop-off service for limited instruments in rare circumstances.
Self-operation means users are responsible for setting up and running instruments as well as data processing. For self-operation service, the EAL covers most of the supplies and consumables needed for instrument operation and sample analyses/preparation. Users need to bring or purchase certain consumables or supplies for their own use. Please refer to individual instrument user guidelines for these details.
