The EAL offers self-operation service for the majority of its instruments and sample drop-off service for limited instruments.
Self-operation means users are responsible for setting up and running instruments as well as data processing. For self-operation service, the EAL covers most of the supplies and consumables needed for instrument operation and sample analyses/preparation. Users need to bring or purchase certain consumables or supplies for their own use. Please refer to individual instrument user guidelines for these details.
Drop-off service offers fast, convenient, and complete analytical service for the most commonly needed analyses. The EAL-trained personnel are responsible for the operation, sample preparation, analysis, and data processing. There is no need for users to bring or purchase any consumables or supplies for drop-off service.
